INDUSTRIAL RADIOGRAPHY - Among all of the nondestructive testing methods, industrial radiography is one of the most widely utilized. Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc. strives to provide the most qualified and reliable industrial radiography technicians in the industry. All of our technicians undergo continuous training and testing to ensure that they comply with all ASNT requirements. Our commitment to our clients is to provide quality radiographs in a timely fashion and in a professional manner.

VISUAL TESTING - A thorough inspection requires a detailed visual examination of all surfaces of components being inspected. Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc.’s technicians are trained to visually inspect parts for wear, damage, and flaws in workmanship and to analyze any areas of concern. Our inspectors are trained to look for defects that others would overlook. Our senior inspectors utilize their years of experience in the oilfield industry when training new technicians. Inspectors undergo a battery of tests to ensure competency before being placed in the field.
ON-SITE DARKROOM & AUTOMATIC PROCESSING - Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc. offers on-site developing of radiographs in mobile darkrooms for immediate results. Our mobile darkrooms consist of land-based trucks for inland jobs, self-contained darkrooms for offshore facilities, and bucket bags for remote offshore facilities that require immediate processing.
Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc. also offers automatic processing, utilizing a GE structurix M ECO processor. Our lab-based automatic processor allows our technicians to process large amounts of film in a short time with exceptional results.
INDUSTRIAL ROPE ACCESS - Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc. is pleased to offer our customers industrial rope access. Rope access crews repel down or climb up structures where standard access procedures are impractical. Our technicians are certified and continually tested. The strictest measures are taken to ensure the safety of our technicians and our client’s properties.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION - Magnetic Particle Inspection is a versatile, cost effective testing method that can detect surface and subsurface indications in ferromagnetic materials. The method utilizes magnetic fields that are introduced to the material via electric yokes. Suspended metal particles are then sprayed onto the part being inspected. If there are any indications that break the magnetic field, the metal particles are attracted to the indication. The particles can be applied either in a wet visible, wet fluorescent, or dry powder method. Each method has it’s own pros and cons. Our clients make their own determination of which method would best suit their individual needs.

AUTOCAD - Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc. will, upon client request, produce a two dimensional AutoCAD drawing of vessels, piping, and components being inspected utilizing current AutoCAD software.
MECHANICAL INTEGRITY - Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc.’s mechanical integrity program is one of the best in the industry. Utilizing visual testing, ultrasonic testing, and radiographic testing methods, our technicians can assess the mechanical integrity of components in plants, on offshore platforms, in fabrication yards, and in many other remote locations in order for our clients to make the best possible decisions as to the condition of their properties.
Integrity Inspection Solutions, Inc. utilizes the latest software to process all field data collected in determining remaining life of vessels, piping, and other components. Complete formal inspection reports are offered after all data has been collected and processed.
ULTRASONIC TESTING:
Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (Shearwave) - Our ultrasonic shear wave technicians have been trained to meet all industry standards. We utilize digital ultrasonic instruments to detect, size, and map out flaws in various welded components. Constant retesting helps us to ensure that our clients are obtaining the best qualified technicians for their jobs.
Ultrasonic Thickness Testing - Our technicians are all qualified to perform ultrasonic thickness testing on various materials. We utilize Krautkramer, Panametrics, and Dakota thickness gauges to determine the thickness of materials. All of our instruments are capable of delaying through paint, so paint removal is not necessary for our technicians to complete their surveys.
DYE PENETRANT - Dye Penetrant Inspection is another very versatile and cost effective testing method. This method can only detect indications open to the surface of the part being tested however. The method is easily transportable and can be utilized in very remote areas. This nondestructive testing method requires saturating the part being examined with a very viscous penetrant. After several minutes of dwell time, the excess penetrant is removed from the surface. A white developer is applied and if any indications are present, the penetrant that has been attracted into the indication will “bleed out”, making the indication visible.
